We do not offer money-back guarantee for course purchases.

Please note that we cannot grant refunds in the following cases:

i, Account Issues: Issues stemming from your failure to remember your login credentials or provide a valid email address.

ii, Technical IssuesIf you are experiencing a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your course, we will make every effort to resolve the technical problem promptly.

iii, Downloadable Resources: If the course includes significant downloadable resources that have been accessed or downloaded.
iv, Dissatisfaction with Instructor Style: Disagreement with an instructor's teaching style or perspective, provided the course delivers the content as described.


4. How Refunds are Processed
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: It may need more than 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor's policies.


6. Instructor-Discretion Refunds
In exceptional circumstances beyond the terms of this policy, a course instructor may, at their sole discretion, grant a refund. This is not guaranteed.
